Ripa ‘Moramee was a Sangheili commander for the Covenant, best known for assuming the role of Arbiter from 2525 to 2531.

SERVICE RECORD

‘Moramee was a Covenant warrior, known for being particularly ruthless and savage. Despite this, he proved himself an effective leader, rising through the ranks during the 23rd Age of Doubt. He was imprisoned after a failed coup against his kaidon on Malurok, however, where he remained until he was discovered by the Hierarchs and given the title of Arbiter. As Arbiter he was tasked with fighting against the newly-discovered human threat, taking command of the Fleet of Glorious Interdiction and leading a renewed attack on Harvest. With the help of the Prophet of Regret, ‘Moramee also recovered artifacts on Harvest and even attempted to take command of a fleet of Forerunner warships on the shield world known as the Etran Harborage. Through the efforts of the UNSC Spirit of Fire crew, however, the plan was thwarted and ‘Moramee was killed by John Forge just prior to the destruction of the entire facility.
