SUMMARY
The Spartan Training Station Bombing was a terrorist attack on an orbital Spartan training facility by the United Rebel Front on March 29th, 2554. The attack was carried out by a mole for the URF that had managed to get into the Spartan-IV program, Rudolf Schein, who also murdered Spartan-IV candidate Hideo Wakahisa. The bombing was mostly thwarted due to the actions of Spartan-IV trainer Jun-A266, though Schein managed to detonate an explosive in the rec room, blowing out the viewport, and killing drill instructor Captain Marisa O'day. Jun-A266 and Schein were both sent into space by the decompression, though Jun was able to be rescued by Tom-B292 and Lucy-B091. The attack and aftermath, which was witnessed by Spartan recruits Edward Buck, Kojo "Romeo" Agu, and Michael "Mickey" Crespo, played a major role in the events leading up to the Talitsa Incident.
