SUMMARY
The Battle of the Prototype Halo Installation was a conflict between Tem'Bhetek, the former Covenant Minister of Preparation Boru'a'Neem, and the Shadow of Intent crew including Rtas 'Vadum and Tul 'Juran. The Minister of Preparation's plan had been to use Tem'Bhetek, a San'Shyuum Prelate, to lure in the Shadow of Intent, use the vessel to smuggle a small prototype Halo onto Sanghelios, and fire the Halo, killing everyone on Sanghelios. The plan was nearly successful, but Tem'Bhetek turned on Boru'a'Neem after discovering he was lied to about what happened to his family after High Charity was overtaken by the Flood. The prototype Halo was destroyed, and Tem'Bhetek lost his life in the process.
